
Steve Darmody is one of Gospel Musics’ finest voices and winner of the 1988 Estes Park Christian Music Seminar Vocal compitetions. Steve has a smooth bass-baritone voice compared to milk chocolate. His seven CDs total more than a quarter of a million dollars in production costs.
He tours internationally and does 100 concerts each year totalling well over 2500 concerts worldwide. He has sung in venues ranging from the Crystal Cathedral to Carnegie Hall. He sings for all denominational groups and national gatherings, including the Southern Baptist Convention. He has been heard on many national christian telecasts and has to his long list of guest appearances the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Steve has sung for the Net Satellite meeting beginning back in 1995. He’s helped Mark Finley in providing music for his crusades in the US as well as Romania and Australia. Other evangelists Steve has worked with include, Kenneth Cox, Ron Halvorsen, CE Brooks, John Carter, Lonnie Melashenko. Steve was the nightly musician for two video series produced by Ken Cox. He sings nearly every year at ASI and at the last GC was invited to sing twice during the evening weekend meetings.
Steve is the president of Morning Song, Inc. (http://www.morningsong.org non-profit) and Morning Song Music (for profit). He manages these as well as several other subsidiary companies including the Morning Song Internet Radio and Morning Song Concerts.
