The information you share will be kept on file. Even if Steve is not able to accommodate your date at this time, once on file, it will be helpful in planning possible future visits to your area. Often Steve schedules road trips by geographical location where he spends several days to tour within a region. These regions are determined based on the number of churches that request (via this form) to be contacted for a possible concert. Another reason why you should fill out this form is that its possible that Steve will come into your region, having been invited by another organization. If we know of your interest, he can sometimes plan to stay over to share a concert with your church or organization.
As for the cost, Steve has a set amount that is needed to meet his ministry budget. This amount can be adjusted, based on the individual concert situation. Our objective is to meet the ministry operating expenses per concert plus travel costs which include airfare, car rental, hotel lodging and in some cases, per diem. At the present time, we are scheduling six to twelve months in advance. As we schedule tours through your area and have dates to offer, we will contact you. We look forward to ministering with you.
